Mixed Marital Arts – A Variety of Disciplines to Choose From

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a mixture of a variety of fighting techniques from a wide range of disciplines, and various skills. There is a mixture of non-tradition and traditional martial arts.

The various phases of the fight involve, kicking, punching, stand-up grappling, the clinch, and then the take down, and ground grappling.
Although ultimate fighting is considered a man’s environment, women can also train as an ultimate fighting woman.
